I made this dreamwidth as a way to share my writing snippets, entries I write down in my physical journal, anything relating to my general special interest of Japan, and some screenshots of chill farming games like Stardew Valley.

This will be like an online scrapbook of mine that I'm sharing with others.

Oh wow, I just realized that I made my dreamwidth 1 year ago today!

I may only post sporadically but I remember this site from time-to-time. I just... don't know what else to share on here lol.

The 1.6 update for Stardew Valley released a few days ago! I started a new farm and the newest farm type is a great concept: You get a free coop on the first day with two chickens.

The chickens were automatically named and apparently there are different combos. My two chickens were named 'Viola' and 'Piccolo'! Absolutely adorable.

I'm not too far into my new save yet, still on spring of year 1, but the free chickens are definitely are great money-maker.

whoopsie i stopped posting here again lol.

some things i've been up to: getting my sleep schedule back in order, learning japanese, and doing some more cross-stitch! i also have a new journal but i haven't been using that.

Happy new year, everyone!

I have not posted here in months and that's because I actually forgot about this site lmao. Going into 2024, I plan to write more often in general, which includes dreamwidth.

It's been about a month since I last posted here, oops.

Anyway-

My rl friend group and I started a minecraft realm together a couple days ago!

One friend got stuck in a hole and we had to go rescue her; she only played minecraft once before, haha.

So far, I'm the one that's been doing 'practical' builds like a farm and the start of a railway. The seed we got spawned us in a taiga so I really want to find a cherry grove.

Last night, I made a new sideblog on Tumblr. It's a story blog following the Danganronpa V3 characters in a time loop AU. I tried running a couple story blogs before but they didn't last long. I have a feeling this one will stick, though!

I started writing in a physical journal in September 2021. I used it once in awhile, but didn't start writing daily entries until January of this year. And, only a couple minutes ago, I wrote the last entry.

Every single page is filled. I feel proud!

I have another journal on stand-by, but I think I'll take a break and wait until I buy some sticker sheets. Want to use for scrapbooking in some form.

Minecraft is my favorite sandbox game of all time. I first bought it around August 2017 when the latest version at the time was 1.12.1. That's considered my 'golden age' version as it was the one I played a lot in my senior year of high school. Now, 6 years later, version 1.20 has released and it may become my favorite version.

Bamboo can now be used like wood and make new building items (stairs, blocks, trapdoors, etc). There's also a new wood type: cherry wood! In short, it's the pink wood.

I'm so excited to make a new world in the Windows 10 edition of Minecraft and explore!

Yesterday, my sister and brother-in-law visited! They live a couple states away and it's always exciting when they get to come home.

I got to show them my new Animal Crossing New Horizons island since we all have our own Switches (they have actual Switches while I have a Lite). On my island, I made my own custom path and it's basically pink dirt. They found it adorable.

Ooka

Today, I went out to eat at a sushi restaurant called 'Ooka' with a friend group! It's our favorite restaurant and we eat there about once a year. It's expensive, but a 'good' expensive. We typically order a sushi+sashimi platter and gyoza we all share, as well as our own dessert orders. I like the ice cream mochi with the flavors of strawberry and chocolate.

As a tradition, one friend makes a CD featuring songs we want to hear on the way there. Every person suggests about 3 songs. The current CD had 16 songs and the music taste was all over the place, haha. That's what makes it so good and special.

I look forward to Ooka every year. We always have a great time.
